06 - 1 small apple, sliced
07 - 1 small pear, sliced
08 - 1/4 cup dried apricots

→ Crunchy Elements

09 - 1/2 cup roasted almonds
10 - 1/2 cup whole-grain crackers
11 - 1/2 cup breadsticks or baguette slices

→ Sweet Accents

12 - 2 tbsp wildflower honey
13 - 1 tbsp bee pollen (optional)
