# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it browns.
02 - Drain any excess grease. Add diced onion, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion softens, about 3–4 minutes. Set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
04 - Heat a clean, dry skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the pan.
05 - On one half of the tortilla, sprinkle a layer of cheese, drizzle with burger sauce, and add about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture.
06 - Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
08 - Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve with extra burger sauce and pickle slices if desired.

  • Kids absolutely love these and will often eat vegetables when served alongside
03 -
  • Allow your quesadillas to rest for about a minute before cutting to help the cheese set slightly and prevent the filling from sliding out.
  • Keep your heat at medium rather than high to allow the tortilla to crisp gradually while the cheese melts completely.
  • For extra crispy exteriors, lightly brush the outside of the tortillas with butter before cooking.
