# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is well browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add tomato sauce and dried oregano to the skillet. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
04 - Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, then add the cooked pasta. Toss thoroughly to coat with sauce. Heat through before serving.
