02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, for coating

# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the waffle maker to medium-high heat.
02 - Unroll the croissant dough and separate into 6 triangles. Loosely roll or leave flat as preferred. Lightly sprinkle all sides of each piece with sugar.
03 - Place sugared dough triangles in the heated waffle iron. Close, press gently, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until croffles are deeply golden and crisp.
04 - Transfer croffles to a cooling rack. Serve warm dusted with icing sugar or topped with spreads and berries as desired.
