# How to Make It:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the chocolate and optional coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or small zip-top bag and snip a tiny corner off.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the parchment-lined sheet to serve as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick, forming triangle shapes resembling Christmas trees.
06 - Immediately sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls over the wet chocolate.
07 - Allow chocolate trees to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel the chocolate trees off the parchment and serve or package as gifts.
