# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly, then cut kernels from the cob.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine grilled corn kernels, diced avocado, red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
03 - Drizzle mixture with lime juice and season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to mix all components evenly.
