11 - 2–3 tablespoons milk
# How to Make It:
01 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk until the dressing reaches a pourable consistency.
02 - Place the cooked and cooled tortellini, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach in a large mixing bowl.
