# What You’ll Need:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices brioche bread
→ Cheese & Spread
02 - 3.5 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
03 - 4 tablespoons Nutella hazelnut spread
→ Butter
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
# How to Make It:
01 - Spread 1 tablespoon unsalted butter evenly onto one side of each brioche bread slice.
02 - Place two slices of brioche, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
03 - Spread 2 tablespoons Nutella over the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
04 - Distribute half of the sliced Brie evenly atop the Nutella on each prepared bread piece.
05 - Cover with the remaining bread slices, positioning the buttered side outward.
06 - Warm a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
07 - Transfer the assembled sandwiches to the skillet. Gently press with a spatula and cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until deep golden brown and cheese has melted.
08 - Remove from pan, allow to cool briefly, then cut and serve warm.
