# How to Make It:
01 - Combine diced peaches, jalapeño, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peaches soften and mixture begins to break down.
02 - Remove the fruit mixture from heat. Stir in chia seeds thoroughly, then allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
03 - Toast bread slices until golden and crisp according to preference.
04 - Spread the peach jalapeño chia jam generously onto each toasted bread slice. Serve immediately for best texture.
