# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a large bowl, mix thawed hash browns, cooked sausage, diced red bell pepper, green onions, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
05 - Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture and stir until evenly combined.
06 - Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese on top.
07 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until center is set and top is golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
