Summer Rays Sun-Shaped Fruit (Print Version)

Bright sun-shaped arrangement with pineapple, mango, watermelon & berries for refreshing summer moments.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Base Fruits

01 - 1 large pineapple
02 - 2 large mangoes
03 - 2 oranges
04 - 1 small watermelon
05 - 1 cup green grapes
06 - 1 cup blueberries

→ Garnishes

07 - 1/2 cup raspberries
08 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish
09 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice the pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rings. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut a large round from one ring's center to create the sun's face shape. Place it at the center of a large serving platter.
02 - Peel and cut mangoes and oranges into long, thin strips or wedges to represent the sun's rays radiating from the pineapple center.
03 - Cut the watermelon into star or triangle shapes using cookie cutters or a knife. Arrange these pieces between the mango and orange rays for vibrancy.
04 - Fill remaining gaps on the platter with clusters of green grapes and blueberries to add bursts of color and texture.
05 - Decorate the arrangement with raspberries and fresh mint leaves. Optionally, sprinkle unsweetened shredded coconut around the platter's edge for texture.
06 - Refrigerate the platter until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
